The Bistro offers modern Australian cuisine, with some creative twists on typical Bistro food delivering fabulous fare including roast pumpkin and cashew salad, prawn and crab fettuccine, herb crumbed lamb cutlets or macadamia & lime crusted salmon. All the traditional favourites such as salt & pepper calamari, pastas, pizzas, chicken parmi’s, mouth-watering steaks and hearty roasts are all also available.
